Patrick is a Savannah native and a graduate of Windsor Forest High School. While his father's career as a Methodist minister moved the family all across South Georgia, Savannah and Chatham County have always been his home. After earning a Telecommunications-Journalism degree from the University of Georgia he lived and worked in Snowshoe, WV and Los Angeles, CA.

At the young age of six he started his first remodeling job, helping the rest of the family renovate the old Izlar boarding house on Tybee Island. Twenty years later he continues his remodeling endeavors at a Chatham Crescent home.

He has a unique knowledge and love of Savannah, having lived in or remodeled houses in Windsor Forest, Habersham Woods, Ardsley Park, the Historic District, and Tybee Island. The West Chatham developments, which bear his family name, were once home to his great-grandfather's lumber farm and turn of the century sawmill.
